Contact forms and email
When you submit a donation question or stamp request, we receive the name, email address, message, and form type you provide. The website uses Resend to deliver that message to Donate Stamps by email. We use the information to respond, discuss a donation or request, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and maintain necessary correspondence.
We do not add contact-form users to a marketing list, sell their information, or send promotional email because they contacted us.
Website analytics and performance
We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate page views, referring sites, broad geographic area, browser, operating system, and device type. Vercel Web Analytics stores anonymized data and does not use cookies. We do not send names, email addresses, or contact-form messages as analytics events.
We also use Vercel Speed Insights to collect real-user performance measurements such as loading, responsiveness, and layout stability. These measurements help us improve the experience of the site.
Hosting and security records
Like most hosted websites, the site's infrastructure may process request information such as IP address, requested URL, browser details, and timestamps to deliver pages, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and protect the service.
External links
The news digest and image credits link to websites operated by other organizations. Their privacy practices and content are controlled by those organizations.
Questions or deletion requests
To ask about information you submitted or request deletion of correspondence, email bryan@donatestamps.com. We may retain information when reasonably necessary for security, legal, or record-keeping purposes.
