Instructions for Making a Donation

Short version: Box everything up and send it to the address below.

Gather the stamps and other materials you’d like to donate and place them in a shipping box. Use simple packing materials (crumpled newspaper for example) to keep the contents from sliding around. We’ll recycle the box and packing materials. Then simply send everything to the address listed below.

International Donations and Large Collections

We gladly accept contributions from international donors, as each and every stamp plays a crucial role in supporting our mission. If you plan to donate a large collection or donate items of special significance, reach out to us directly so we can help with the shipping process. Note that for large collections, we may be able to reimburse you for the cost of domestic shipping (please email our general manager in advance at bryan@donatestamps.com so we can advise).

Please include your name and return address so we can send you a thank you card. If you would prefer that your donation remains anonymous, let us know.
