Pack the collection
Gather the stamps and other materials you would like to donate and place them in a shipping box. Albums, loose stamps, books, guides, glassines, tweezers, and other collecting materials are welcome. Use simple packing material, such as crumpled newspaper, to keep the contents from sliding around. We will recycle the box and packing material.
International donations and large collections
We accept donations from outside the United States. Please email us before shipping an international donation so we can advise you about customs and postage. Please also contact us before sending a large collection or material of special significance. For some large collections, we may be able to reimburse domestic shipping costs.
