Donating your stamps is an easy and meaningful way to contribute to the preservation of philatelic history and cultural heritage. To begin, simply gather any stamps you wish to donate—whether they are new, used, or collectible—and mail them to us using the address provided on our website. We accept donations from anywhere in the world, and every stamp is valuable to our mission. For larger collections or special items, please contact us directly to arrange the best way to send your donations.

Option 1: You’re Ready to Ship

If you’re ready to ship your stamps and you don’t have any questions, you can send packages to the following address:

Please include your name and return address so we can send you a thank you card. If you would prefer that your donation remains anonymous, let us know.

If you have questions or want to speak with someone about the donation process (or need special shipping instructions), you can send us a note below. Please include your phone number if you’d like us to call you. We usually respond on the same day (often within an hour).
